Who is eligible to participate in the referral programme?
All active JustCo members are eligible to refer new members and earn referral rewards.
How do I submit a referral?
Simply complete the referral form above with your referral’s details. Our team will then reach out to them directly to discuss their workspace requirements.
How are referral rewards calculated?
Referral rewards shall be calculated at 3% of the referred member’s membership fees and are capped at a maximum of twelve (12) months of membership fees per successful referral.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Payment shall be subject to the Referrer providing to JustCo all relevant and necessary documentation as may be required under law. Subject to the foregoing, payment shall be made within 60 days of the Referee’s completion of the Initial Fee Payment or upon the Referrer’s provision of accurate bank account details, whichever occurs later
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No. There is no limit to the number of referrals you may submit. Eligible rewards will be provided for each successful referral.
How will I know if my referral was successful?
Our team will notify you once your referral has successfully joined JustCo and your referral reward has been approved for payment.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
To qualify for a referral reward, your referral must be a new JustCo member who signs a Private Office/Enterprise Office membership agreement and successfully commences their membership with JustCo.

- • The JustCo Member Referral is open to active JustCo members only.
- • To participate, the referrer must submit the referral through the official referral form prior to the referred party making an enquiry or entering into a membership agreement with JustCo.
- • To qualify as a successful referral, the referred party must:
- – Be a new JustCo customer;
- – Not be an existing JustCo member, active prospect currently engaged with JustCo, or former JustCo member;
- – Enter into a membership agreement with JustCo within six (6) months of the referral submission date; and
- • Self-referrals are not permitted.
- • The referrer will be entitled to receive a referral reward equivalent to 3% of the referred member’s membership fees paid to JustCo.
- • Referral rewards shall be calculated at 3% of the referred member’s membership fees and are capped at a maximum of twelve (12) months of membership fees per successful referral.
- • Referral rewards will be calculated based on membership fees only and exclude any taxes, deposits, meeting room charges, ancillary services, add-ons, discounts, credits, or other fees.
- • Referral reward payments shall be made within sixty (60) days of the referred member’s first successful membership fee payment and upon the referrer’s provision of accurate bank account details, whichever occurs later.
- • In the event of multiple referrals for the same company or individual, the first referral submitted and recorded by JustCo will be deemed the valid referral.
- • JustCo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the referral qualifies under this Programme.
- • JustCo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- • By participating in the Programme, both the referrer and referred party are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
